In order to deliver you the correct and right product, our team of experts does a rigorous check in terms of the fabric's impeccable quality, its color, and its quantity as per the order number and code before it's ready for dispatch. In case you are not satisfied with the quality of the product or service, we allow a return of any product. Our terms of Returns/Exchange and Refund Policy are as follows:-

    • You may change/cancel your order if it is not yet processed. To do so, please get in touch with us at indialafoi@gmail.com with your order number and your request.
    • International orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to certain custom duty norms and policies of each country.
    • All our products undergo thorough quality checks before delivery, still, you find that the product is damaged, kindly email us the picture/s of the product within 48 hours from the order receipt. Once we confirm the order damage, we will reprint your order and will deliver it to you. For international orders, you do not have to return the fabric. For domestic orders, we’ll arrange the pick-up once we confirm it.
    • Return policy is not applicable for fabric samples and fabrics until any defect.
    • No return on bulk order, if any defect get into touch with us and we will reprint it again for you and send.
    • Please note that 1 unit=0.5 meter of Fabric and not 1 meter.
    • The product(s) may be returned within 3 days from the date of receipt only if you consider them to not be in the quantity you ordered, if the product is damaged, has a major defect or is different from what you ordered.
    • We quality control all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving your order with pictures at indialafoi@gmail.com and we will take care of the rest.
    • In case you receive a different product from what you ordered, we will exchange the product free of cost and will send the original product ordered. But please note, that it has to be intimated to us via email at indialafoi@gmail.com immediately or within 48 hours of receipt of the product. Hence, we urge you to check the product received immediately upon receipt.
    • If your order contains products sold in OFFERS or SALE, we would not accept any returns/exchange/replacement requests. SALE products are final sales only unless the product is defected/damaged or the product is not what you ordered.
    • The product should be unwashed, unused, unstitched, and in an undamaged condition.
    • Do not cut the fabric. The fabric must be in the original cut length. If it’s cut it cannot be returned. The fabrics are marked on both ends.
    • We have a free reverse pickup service. We will arrange for a representative of the courier company to pick up the product from you in 3-5 working days for domestic orders only (India). Please keep the parcel ready and packaged as you have received it and enclose a copy of the bill or a paper with your order number. In case your pin code is not serviceable by our team, you will need to courier the product back to us at your own cost and we will reimburse it along with your refund.
    • If you cancel the order any amount paid shall be credited back into the requested bank account. If you had selected COD at the time of placing an order, there is no amount to be refunded as you haven't paid for your order. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive a refund into the source account within 10 - 15 working days from the time of order cancellation.
    • Shipping charges will be deducted from the amount and the remaining amount will be credited if the order is returned by you.
    • If a coupon code is applied and the order is returned then the discount will be deducted from the amount and the remaining amount will be refunded.
    • In the case of multiple orders, a single product is returned and a coupon code is applied, then the discount will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
    • Custom printed fabrics (customer’s choice) cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
    • If you return the product the amount paid for prepaid orders, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. For COD orders you will receive an online bank transfer for the refundable amount.
    • It will take approximately 15 - 25 working days for you to receive a replacement product or a refund after we receive the product.
    • Saree, Stole, Dupatta, Scarf, Kaftan, Cushion Cover, Unstitched Suit, Lace, Apron & Scrunchies, etc. will only be exchanged under the following conditions:
    • In case, you don’t like the received product and you need to exchange it, we will provide you with a coupon code after deducting the courier charges. There will be no refund.
    • If the Products are damaged from our end. You will have to email us at indialafoi@gmail.com within 48 hours. After that period, we won't consider returns or exchanges.
    • Saree, Stole, Dupatta, Scarf, Kaftan, Cushion Cover, Unstitched Suit, Lace, Apron &, Scrunchies are not subject to return on return. Only one return is permitted for a Saree, Stole, Dupatta, Scarf, Kaftan, Cushion Cover, Unstitched Suit, Lace, Apron & Scrunchies.
    • You will have to bear a certain amount on reverse pickup on the Saree, Stole, Dupatta, Scarf, Kaftan, Cushion Cover, Unstitched Suit, Lace, Apron & Scrunchies.
